This sundown party is a collaborative celebration of Latin American cuisine, music and culture. Four chefs (Daniel Chavez from OLA Cocina del Mar, Tamara Chavez from TONO Cevicheria, Fernando Arevalo from Preludio and Joshua Adjodha from Kilo Collective) helm four sizzling stations, presenting dishes from South America, Central American and the Caribbean.
