The popular design-centric market is back for another year! Hosted by The Farm Store and held at the National Design Centre, this market will bring together the best homegrown talents in the country and their quirky products, ranging from apparel, accessories and bags to books, food and beverages.

Here’s what you need to bring:
1) Kitchen scraps (raw vegetable and fruit scraps only, no cooked food)
2) Dried organic material (unbleached paper, dried leaves, straw, etc)
3) A pair of scissors
3) 2 containers of similar size (e.g. CNY containers, pails – please reuse or upcycle)

The Singapore River Festival is back for the fifth year! From August to September, join in the festivities at multiple events along the riverfront as the festival puts on a local twist to Singapore’s famous tourist attraction.
This weekend, come in Red-and-White outfit to soak in the festivities, admire the fireworks on 3rd August and bop to live music performances. Not forgetting to enjoy outdoor dining with local food paired with local beer (Tiger Beer, of course), National Day style!

Get down to The Grandstand this weekend for Family Fiesta 2019! Organised by HAO Mart, Halal Cafe & Restaurant, MakBesar Sg, this family fiesta will have over 100 booths of food, beverages and products, mini carnival and stage entertainment and programmes for all to enjoy.
As Singapore’s 54th birthday approaches, kick off the festivities with a high at the 13th National Day Sing-Along, organised by the Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations and Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre. Groove along to all-time favourite NDP tunes presented by a 60-student strong combined schools’ choir from Woodgrove Primary School and Guangyang Secondary School, as well as local classics and familiar tunes with homegrown musical talents Tay Sia Yeun, Yokez, See Kai Zheng and Irwin (阿Win).
