Clarke Quay is more than just Singapore’s prime nightlife spot – it’s got chill cafes, secret art exhibitions and more.
You’d hardly expect that a cheerful building like this used to be the site of Singapore’s first jail – it didn’t sport a facade of rainbow-hued louvred windows then, of course. Today, it houses an ARTrium in its courtyard, which plays host to regular artistic performances and art exhibitions.

For as little as $6 per hour, you get to help yourself to all the beverages, tidbits and other bites (or even bring your own food!), and enjoy the space and its amenities, like computers, board games, xboxes and even a pool table.
