With four international schools and 10 preschools, EtonHouse‘s wide range of offerings gives families a range of choices in terms of locations and the pathway to fulfil their child’s educational journey within the EtonHouse community.
The schools offer a SMART programme focusing on Science, Maths, Art, Research and Technology. Students have access to programmes around entrepreneurship, design thinking, sports science and action adventure, besides a robust music, drama and visual arts programme. With the IB PYP framework in the Primary Years, the students prepare for their IGCSEs in Year 11. The IB Diploma will be offered in high school, pending regulatory approvals.
EtonHouse’s research-based programme, intuitive and responsive learning environments and close-knit community of learners offers families an excellent international education pathway. EtonHouse schools are also known for its strong language programmes in Chinese, Hindi, Japanese and Spanish offering students a bilingual foundation throughout their schooling.
At EtonHouse, every teacher knows every student, which translates into an environment where each student feels valued in the classroom and also within the school community. Learning is differentiated to cater to the unique interests, abilities and learning styles of each student.
“As my girls only spoke Portuguese and not English, we wanted a school that could make them feel comfortable and close to the teachers, students and staff. From the beginning, my daughters could make friends in their classrooms and outside, and learnt to speak English fluently in six months! I like being at morning assemblies, meeting teachers along the corridors, being a part of the parent school association and being actively involved in my daughters’ learning and progress.” – Natacha Almeida, mum to Maria, 10, Year 5 and Margarida, 6, Year 2
