Here’s why Kinderland’s respected Infant & Toddler Care programme puts new parents’ minds at ease.
Busy mums-to-be and new parents in SG: While this may sound impossible, you won’t actually need to lose sleep over the prospect of sending your precious babe to infant care. (After all, you’ll be losing enough sleep being pregnant or looking after a newborn!)
Kinderland has decades of experience in caring for infants and toddlers, and incorporates its core philosophy of building positive, trusting and respectful relationships into its infant care.
The result? A safe environment conducive to helping your little one gain independence and confidence earlier than most of his or her peers through sensory, cognitive, creative, social and emotional stimulation during crucial growing months.
Rest assured your child will be in good hands as he or she experiences these 3 vital benefits to child development:
At Kinderland, every infant is tended to by qualified and experienced caregivers with a focus on child development. The programme maintains a low teacher-infant ratio of 1:4, and ensures there are two trained and qualified caregivers in every class at any given time.
In addition, its specially designed spaces allow for gentle, age-appropriate exploration, encouraging tots to be curious with the many baby-friendly books and exploratory sensorial toys. Fittings such as mats, climbing structures, cruiser bars and soft-gyms enable young adventurers to enhance their creativity through their senses.
Children enrolled in the programme are served healthy, nutritious breakfasts and lunches including freshly pureed baby food – all planned by Kinderland’s certified in-house nutritionist.
It’s never too early for tykes to enjoy being active as well! Infants do exercises such as “tummy time” to help build their upper bodies and arm muscles, and aid in developing sensory-motor skills.
Teachers plan activities each week, focusing on sensory-motor, language-cognitive and social-emotional skills. Parents are regularly updated on their child’s progress, which encourages meaningful interactions with family outside school.
Kinderland has 10 locations catering to infant and toddler care (at Woodlands Mart, Choa Chu Kang, Loyang Point, Marine Parade, Hougang, Sengkang, Yio Chu Kang, Upper Changi, Ministry of National Development, and Revenue House). Keen to find out more? Check out its site.
