Whee! Fancy going outdoors?

Looking for a great play area for the little ones? Here are our pick for the 6 nicest places for kids in town:-

1. Bishan – Ang Mo Kio Park

Situated along Bishan Road and Ang Mo Kio Ave 1

“I like taking my two boys there because there’s so much to do. We feed the fish in the ponds, then head for the playgrounds, which are so spacious that kids won’t bump against one another when they play. They have uniquely shaped climbing structures too. Grub restaurant is nearby, so we grab a bite there when we’re done.”

– Judy Wang, 35, freelance designer

“Polliwogs ranks as one of the best indoor playgrounds in my book because the play area is very well maintained. Even the eating area is completely childproof, with furniture that has round edges – including the chairs. It’s also wallet-friendly – on weekends, it costs $10 for 2 hours!”

“A dream come true for little ones, Cool de Sac is my kids’ absolute favourite hangout. It has a mammoth indoor playground featuring a multi-storey structure with interesting ‘stations’ to keep kids entertained. There’s plenty of space for them to run around, and there are seating areas for parents, so you can watch over your kids.”
