With a focus on pre and post natal exercise and nutrition, Bloom ‘n Fit is a great group for the mum on the go. You can even bring your bubs to join the fun! For all levels of fitness, this popular group is great for getting fit and making friends. (Dads welcomed too!) Groups meet at East Coast Park and Botanic Gardens but check their website for times. Looking for a way to get out of the gym and get outdoors, Saudi Tan started Fuel Fit. Those looking to make a complete lifestyle change, will benefit from Fuel Fit’s holistic approach to wellness. If an intense workout – using military training techniques and sports conditioning to improve strength, speed and agility – in the mud and dirt with other
crazy people friends, sounds like fun, sign up for Rebel Bootcamp. The sessions are constantly changing but the focus on getting you fit while having fun is a constant! Three locations: Kallang practice track, Tanjong Rhu field and the lawn @ Marina Bay. Twelve sessions are $180.
Since June 2008, Phyzique Bootcamp has been improving the stamina, strength and flexibility of singapore’s fitness fanatics.
