‘Tis the season for holiday shopping!
But, with so many gifts to buy, and so little time, it can get a bit overwhelming to find something special for each of your special someones.
Fear not! We’ve rounded up all of the best holiday fairs around the island, which offer curated selections of items from artisanal and handmade to sustainable and fair-trade to luxe, glamourous and everything in between!
With the aim of making your holiday shopping just a little bit easier and a lot more fun, this year’s Sentosa Xmas Fair will be held in the Constellation Ballroom at One15 Marina Club. With more than 50 vendors and amazing workshops in a stunning location, it’s one of the best places to kick start the festive season. Free admission.
Looking to give some more personal or unique presents this year? You’ll find them at Boutiques. Held at the F1 Pit Building, this twice-yearly shopping event is known for its interesting mix of brands that are anything but run-of-the-mill.
This November’s annual The Gifting Edition will feature more than 300 independent, design-led labels across women’s and men’s fashion and accessories, home decor, lifestyle products, and children’s fashion, toys and decor.
Bonus: There will be a “plethora” of family-friendly activities and amenities, including immersive workshops, delicious food and drink spaces, kids craft and play sessions (make sure to register ahead!) and more. Free admission.
The Gifting Edition 2019 by Boutiques

This fifth edition of Cluny Court’s popular Christmas Fair sees “Santa Keith” returning to his cozy grotto yet again – so you and your family can take photos with the Kris Kringle doppelgänger. He even accepts “letters to Santa” to fuel your little ones’ belief in the big guy. (Last year, he received hundreds plus some gingerbread men and cookies in there, too!)
Held over four weekends on Level 2 of this charming heritage mall, the fair boasts an eclectic mix of stalls selling unique Christmas gifts, decorations, party outfits, Christmas trees, festive goodies and more. Items on offer include: fresh Christmas fir and pine trees, Christmas decorations and ornaments, greeting cards, wrappers, tags, hand-poured candles, organic home-spray, toys, books and stationery, handmade ceramic tableware, jewellery, tote bags, scarves and household items. Food products include wine, cakes, gluten-free snacks, ice-cream and chocolates. Free admission.

Presented by the Canadian International School’s Parent Teacher Association, this is where to experience the magic of doing all your Christmas shopping under one roof, thanks to the fair’s 60-plus sellers. (Note: CIS’s East Coast campus has a separate fair on 30 November – keep swiping!)
From clothes to jewellery, bags, home decor and accessories, food and beverages, games, activities and crafts for kids – there will be something for the whole family… and maybe even a visit from Santa Claus! Free admission.
Set in the F1 Pit Building, the 10th edition of the Affordable Art Fair, Singapore, will showcase a variety of local, regional and international galleries. Promising to delight both first time buyers and experienced collectors, the wide range of contemporary art is priced below $15,000 with 75 percent of the art offered at under $7,500.
There will be so much art-filled fun lined up for you to get involved in at the fair with hands-on workshops, informative talks, expert tours and more. You’re encouraged to bring the whole family along for some creative-inspired fun. General admission tickets are $16 (early bird), $20 (standard) and free for kids under 16 years old.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year – even more so, if you can keep the magic of Christmas alive in a sustainable way! Bring your family and friends down to The Green Collective SG, and browse amongst 45 brands, including artisanal gifts and homewares, eco-friendly fashion and accessories, no-nasties skincare and a range of reusables and bulk supplies to get you on your zero-waste journey.
In addition, there will be vegan goodies – from Kroodi cashew cheeses to Bakening bakes. And, you can try out sustainable wines from Havalina. While you’re shopping, get the kids into the spirit of upcycling with hands-on activities throughout the festive weekend. Free admission.
A Mindful Christmas Market by The Green Collective SG

Behold this brand new Christmas Fair – in the newly renovated SKAI Suites, 69 floors above the heart of the city! With 50 vendors presenting a wide array of merchandise, you can peruse inspirational lifestyle products, handcrafted gifts and gourmet favorites, all while enjoying a magnificent view of the Singapore skyline. Free admission.
Organised by the Netherlands Charity Association (NCA), this yearly fair has always supported worthy causes. This year, those charities include The Breadline Group, Good Shepherd, H.O.M.E, Project Pari and SILRA. And, not only does the fair offer gift-items from such charities, it also curates highly coveted vendors.
Weave your way through the Hollandse Club’s festively decorated hall, while choosing special gifts from your loved ones amongst 50 stalls. Products will range from homewares and beauty items to fine wines, homemade cakes and so much more. Free admission.
The Etsy Craftivist SG team – established in 2015 to build a community of Etsy sellers here – returns to Capitol Singapore for a 4th year of its holiday fair.
Celebrate the joy of Christmas while you support independent retailers and local makers and artists. There will be more than 45 stalls full of unique, handmade gifts, prints, ceramics and cards. Think crafty tote bags, posters, quirky knickknacks like knitted succulents and sustainable jewellery! Free admission.
And, the award for Most Scenic Holiday Fair goes to… Gardens by the Bay’s annual European-style Festive Market. There, you can shop to your heart’s content for one-of-a-kind gifts, while savouring festive bites – all underneath the iconic Supertree Grove.
This annual Christmas Bazaar has long been a beloved tradition at GESS. The school ushers in the festive period together as a community with music performances, Christmas-themed food, drinks, handcrafted decorations, gifts and more.
Get ready to enjoy the sweet smells of mulled wine and traditional baked Christmas goods, as well as the sweet sounds of students caroling! Free admission.
Revel in a festive atmosphere at the Wheeler’s Market – Festive Edition! Pick up artisanal gifts and baked goods created by local makers and crafters, whilst enjoying melodies by live music. There will be 22 participating vendors. Even better? You can grab a sit-down meal after you’ve shopped till you dropped at Wheeler’s Estate (read more about the chic countryside eatery here). Be transported away from the bustling CBD and enjoy a luxurious retail experience, courtesy of The Expat Fairs’ glam gifting event and The Fullerton Hotel’s tranquility and heritage style.
Spread throughout the 1,400-square-metre Fullerton Ballroom, find vendors with edible treats, men’s and women’s fashions, art, crafts, jewellery, home decor, furniture, stationery and other Christmas-themed gifts.
Held at this international school‘s Paterson campus, it will have more than 30 partnering vendors, selling items including handmade crafts, home decor items, eco-friendly lifestyle products, games, accessories, food, wines and beverages.
And, that’s not all! Look out for a Christmas-themed photo booth, games and handicraft activity stations, and ultra-popular bouncy castles. Free admission.
The Expat Fairs and Winestone are hosting the instantly popular Sustainable Christmas Fair yet again. What sets it apart? This special two-day fair spotlights small businesses, artisans and social enterprises with one common goal: sustainable living.
Shop for guilt-free gifts, such as fair-trade organic produce and edible treats, statement fashion and jewelry – many by artisans and tribes – as well as eco-friendly home decor and accessories. Free admission.
