How To PROTECT Yourself From Falling Sick And AVOID The Wuhan Coronavirus

Keep yourselves in the pink of health with these tips.

Ramp up your body’s defenses with the outbreak of the Wuhan coronavirus and the flu season upon us.

According to The Straits Times, the Wuhan coronavirus has reached China, Thailand, Japan, South Korea and, most recently, the US. It is also confirmed to be transmissible from human-to-human, and symptoms include fever, coughing and breathing difficulties.

Even though countries have stepped up safety measures to track and contain the virus, it is important that we ourselves exercise our own caution to avoid falling sick over this period of heightened anxiety.

As of 4 February 2020, there are 24 confirmed cases in Singapore. Stay safe, everyone!
