Starting August through to October, in conjunction with Singapore’s 54th birthday, Hilton Singapore will be doubling the celebration with an elaborate showcase of artisanal Singapore-inspired desserts by Executive Pastry Chef Cindy Khoo, complemented by over 40 local favourites and international delights spanning seven live stations only at D9 Saturday High Tea Buffet, located at Hilton Singapore.

Partake in the festivities and feast on local cuisine, specialities and all-time favourites including:

  • Hawker-style roasted meat station with crispy roasted duck, five-spice crispy pork belly and roasted chicken rice;
  • Cooked-to-order live stations of homemade ‘nasi lemak’ with ikan bilis and wok-fried Hokkien Mee;
  • Ocean-fresh seafood bar brimming with tiger prawns, Japanese clams and black mussels;
  • Gourmet pasta of fusilli with traditional chili crab sauce and grated pecorino;

And an Exclusive collection of Singapore-inspired desserts highlighting Singapore Sling gaux, soya bean curd tart, salted egg yolk and red bean coconut macarons, a camouflage print collection of homemade classic loafs and capsule pralines in local-cuisine flavours and lots more!
