Witness culinary showmanship at mezza9’s Grill, Sushi, Thai, and Seafood kitchens, as the restaurant’s chefs prepare all-new tantalising dishes made with consciously-sourced ingredients.
In line with Grand Hyatt Singapore’s green efforts, mezza9’s menus have been designed to feature the use of sustainable ingredients, including seafood certified sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) and Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC), organic herbs from the hotel’s very own rooftop gardens, and organic greens from cooperative farms located in Singapore and Cameron Highlands.
Sample mezza9’s wholesome two course set lunch. For $35, you get to customise your lunch set with a tantalising range of starters and mains (see below). Top it up with your choice of dessert under their three-course set lunch at $45.
Satisfy your tastebuds with Luk Chin Yang grilled Thai fish balls with flavours inspired by the town of Songkhla in Southern Thailand, and savour the flavourful Maine Lobster Hot Pot (add $15 to set price), prepared with ASC-certified Maine lobsters, and ingredients from the hotel’s rooftop garden. Finish off with a light vanilla custard Peach Compote topped with fresh raspberries – yum!
For dinner, select from mezza9’s à la carte dinner menu, including new starters such as Nuea Yang grilled Black Angus beef salad with tamarind and chilli ($48) from the Thai kitchen, or a refreshing Spencer Gulf Wild King Prawn Cocktail with spicy tomato and horseradish ($28) from the Seafood counter.
Indulge in mezza9’s Clam and Lobster Bake ($128) from the Grill kitchen for the main meal, baked with an ensemble of Aceh tiger prawns, black mussels, Maine lobsters and Manilla clams. Foodies favouring Japanese cuisine can look forward to a luxurious spread of premium nigiri (rice ball) and sashimi (sliced meat) included in the Sushi kitchen’s Sushi Kiwami ($98).
