If there’s one thing Chef de Cuisine Ken Zheng is passionate about, it’s seafood. The chef’s epic creations can be enjoyed at the newly refreshed Hooked@Edge dinner buffet and award-winning Edge Sunday Champagne Brunch.
Kickstart your midweek foodie adventure with Hooked@Edge’s unlimited servings of ultra-fresh seafood, including the Knife Shaved Marinated Seafood Raw Bar featuring White Snapper with candied longan, basil, lemongrass and chilli.
Chef Ken makes sure that Singapore’s best local flavours are represented at the Wok Station. Savour new dishes like the Poached Fish Fillet in Mala Broth, spicy Baked Ikan Pari Sambal (Sambal Stingray) and flavourful Wok-fried King Lala Beehoon.
Japanese food lovers will adore the Sashimi station, which offers Hamachi and Yellow Fin Tuna, Crispy Crab Maki and more. Must-try: Tokusei Ahi Poke Chirashi – tuna sashimi, marinated seaweed, shredded beancurd and avocado, topped with sesame seeds.
In addition, you can sample a wide range of grilled delights – prepared a la minute – such as Hokkaido Scallops, Thai Style Marinated Squid and Marinated Salmon Fillet. Don’t miss perennial favourites like the Singapore Chilli Crab with Golden Mantou, Signature Nandu Crab Biryani and Drunken Prawns in Chinese Wine, as well as tantalising options from the Dessert Food Theatre.
Hooked@Edge happens every Wednesday and Thursday, 6:30 to 10:30 p.m., and is priced at $88 per adult and $44 per child, inclusive of unlimited local beverages, coffee and tea. For a limited time only, enjoy unlimited glasses of red and white wine for just $10.

Featuring seven interactive live food theatres with 16 stations, the brunch now boasts a new Knife Shaved Crudo Bar with highlights such as Atlantic Salmon with Apple and Wasabi Dressing, and Torched Mustard Marinated Wagyu Beef, alongside a decadent Caviar Bar and premium seafood on ice.
Specially created by Chef Ken, the enhanced buffet lineup includes these new dishes: Blackened Red Snapper Fillet prepared to order at the live grill station, Iberian Porchetta at the carving station as well as Asian and Peranakan delights like Otak Otak Fried Rice with Silverfish and Tauhu Telur.
At the Farmer’s Cheese Theatre, you can tuck into more than 30 types of cheeses from some of Europe’s best cheesemakers.
Edge’s Sunday Champagne Brunch also features live music, and happens Sundays from noon to 4 p.m.
Prices range from $128 to $208 per adult, with unlimited Veuve Clicquot Rosé Champagne or Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label Champagne, red and white wines, draft beers, cocktails and more. Children between 6 and 11 can dine for $64 with unlimited fresh juices, soft drinks, coffee and tea.
