An ode to the art of 19th century mixology, when cocktail recipes were listed in “jiggers” and “ponies”, n-offs, lovingly crafted down to the minutest detail — even the ice is hand-carved daily to a specific cube size! Update: it has moved on from its Amoy Street location at the end of July after 6 years and has relocated to Amara Hotel so look out for its official opening party here!
