The preparation for Carlton Hotel’s turkey takes about two days, so you can expect fragrant and juicy flesh that is jam-packed with flavour. The turkey ($138 for 4.5 to 5kg) is marinated with their house spice for one day before being roasted in slow fire for three hours to retain the tenderness of the meat. It comes with chestnut stuffing and cranberry and turkey jus, and is served with mix greens and mashed potatoes.

The last day of order is on Dec 19, before 2pm, and the last day of collection is Dec 25, 8pm at the lobby booth. Available for order online or at the lobby booth of:
