Get eyeballed by your drink as you sip Urbana Rooftop Bar‘s cocktail ($16++) that looks like a gruesome bloody beverage. Lime juice and house-made ginger juice is mixed with Orgeat syrup, blueberries and a splash of Nusa Cana rum before Peychaud’s bitter is added to create its red bloody aesthetic. It’s topped with two edible “eye balls” made of lychee and blueberries for the finishing touch. The result? A rich drink that is both refreshing and thrilling, not to mention Instagram-worthy.
