Singapore Airlines flies 17 times a week from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur, while its subsidiary SilkAir operates 54 services a week from Singapore to the Malaysian capital, and 31 flights a week from Singapore to Penang. Ipoh is about two hours by car from Penang.
