One of SG’s pioneer restaurants to popularise lobster dishes and rolls, the multi-award-winning Pince & Pints has two outlets in SG – Duxton Road and East Coast Road.
It also has a location across the causeway in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Here’s why it’s such a hit with lobster fans.
Stick with the Classics
One of its signature must-haves is the Classic Lobster Roll, which catapulted Pince & Pints to popularity when it first opened in 2014. Today, the lobster roll comes in different flavours, and you can choose between the classic, Nyonya chilli or wasabi lobster rolls.
But if it’s truffle you want, you’ll find your fix in the premium lobster roll, topped with freshly shaved truffle and truffle caviar, and served with truffle butter sauce.
Unlike many other restaurants that serve frozen lobsters, Pince & Pints’ crustaceans are live lobsters from Boston, USA. “These lobsters are considered one of the best – sourced lobsters in the world,” says Pince & Pints’ Marketing Manager Jasmine Chua. “The Atlantic Ocean’s waters are cold, and this results in the lobster meat being whiter, sweeter and more tender.”
