Finding good food is going to be a walk in the park.
Singapore’s not affectionately known as a “Garden City” for naught, and some of the most beautiful, tranquil parks are also home to the best restaurants.
Here are 10 of them!
The multi-layered dining experience at Corner House, more than worthy of its Michelin star, brings together botanical elements with progressive techniques of a modern kitchen. “Gastro-Botanica”, Chef Jason Tan calls it – befitting of its lush setting amidst the Singapore Botanic Gardens!
P.S. Chef Jason Tan also won “Chef of the Year” in the Chope Diners’ Choice Awards 2016!

This casual bistro looks out to the vibrant East Coast Park. Wake up to a breakfast buffet, or locally-inspired comfort food like Chilli Crab Pizza, Asian Spiced Chicken Tacos and more.
Did we also mention the 15 metre plunge pool flanking the restaurant front?

NEXT: Beaulieu House →
Fun fact: Built in the 1910s in the Neoclassical architectural style, this seaside house was said to be a holiday residence for a Jewish family by the name of David, and it had an interesting history since.
Today, it serves Western cuisine, Chinese seafood, and local delights. It’s also a popular venue for weddings.
NEXT: Kilo Kallang →
Located by the Kallang River near Kallang Riverside Park, Kilo serves Japanese and Italian-inspired comfort food in an open-air concept. You can expect a myriad of textures and flavours, from Korean Beef Tartare seasoned with kimchi to Beef Tongue Tacos with apple miso slaw, roasted jalapeno and garlic butter.

NEXT: Wild Oats →
Perched at the edge of a five-hectare pond surrounded by lush tropical plants in Punggol Park, Wild Oats is helmed by restaurateur and chef Willin Low – who was named by Financial Times as one of Singapore’s best new chefs. So you know you’ll be getting some tasty local and Western food here.
Punggol Park, 97 Hougang Ave 8, Singapore 538792
NEXT: The Fabulous Baker Boy →
“Probably the best cakes in the world” – it’s a bold claim to make, but they deliver. Bonus points for the glass house at the foot of Fort Canning Hill that this cafe calls home. Once you’ve had your fill, burn off the calories post-brunch with a short hike up the hill.
The Foothills, Fort Canning Park, Singapore 179037
NEXT: Quench Bistro & Bar →
This cool open-concept bar in ORTO has indoor and alfresco seating where you can enjoy a meal and soak in the laid-back kampung (village) vibes. And don’t miss the wide selection of beers here — from draught beers to a variety of international craft beers.

Sited near the beach at Pasir Ris Park, this pet-friendly joint features indoor and outdoor casual dining with a special salted egg menu (which includes fries, fish and chips, nachos, and pasta) on top of the usuals.
We also love that they open till 1 am daily!

NEXT: Vava Bistro →
With an ambience that reflects how modernity meets tranquillity, Vava Bistro is a good pit stop for comfort food that range from pasta and pizza to Japanese fare, as well as sinful desserts like lava cakes.
Macritchie Reservoir Park, 181 Lornie Rd, Singapore 297732
NEXT: Open Farm Community →
Ok, this isn’t exactly in a garden, but they’ve got their very own farm as a backyard, and that’s super cool! Ingredients used in the dishes are grown right there in the farm, or sourced within the region.
Our favourite: the 48 hour Barolo Braised Oxtail Strozzapreti. Plus, new to the menu are locally-inspired dishes like Steak Tartare marinated with ginger chilli, BBQ Chicken with sweet corn ragout, and more.
130E Minden Rd, Singapore 248819
