  • Avoid sweating or overheating.

  • Reduce your stress levels.

  • Wear clothing made of breathable fibres – such as cotton – and avoid scratchy materials including wool.

  • Maintain cleanliness to prevent environmental factors – such as pollens, molds, mites and pets’ dander – triggering allergies.

  • Use mild soaps rather than harsh soaps, detergents and solvents.
