Don’t be desk bound
Prolonged sitting – especially in front of a computer or laptop screen – can result in hunched posture, which can cause neck, shoulder and back problems. Pain is your body’s only defence mechanism, but we often pop a painkiller and ignore it! To prevent and alleviate pain caused by daily tasks, avoid poor sitting posture by standing, or taking a short walk, every 30 minutes to ease fatigue and prevent future musculoskeletal problems.
