A special Valentine's a la carte menu is available from February 8 to 13 and includes dishes such as quartet of baked Sydney rock oysters and Rangers Valley wagyu beef cheek with aioli mashed potato, sautéed shimeiji mushroom and edamame bean.
On February 14, The Halia's special four-course meal features signatures such as foie gras presse with apple reduced in port wine and star anise chocolate bar served with salty caramel ice cream and strawberry meringue. Each meal is served with a love quotation from famous poets to enhance your experience.
