District 10: Acqua Valverde-inspired dishes and drinks

After a stint at secluded Winstedt Road, District 10 has clinched a new prime spot near the heart of the city. Start with a tipple or two at its relaxed open-concept bar then head inside for some serious comfort food. While the new menu retains some old favourites, the focus is more on serving dishes using Acqua Valverde water from Mount Rosa in Switzerland. With notes of sweetness, it's often used for its pureness and adds a refreshing touch to some of the signature cocktails and an extra crispiness to pizza crusts.
