Three things you can do today to start feeling good about yourself

  • Think as realistically and positively as you can about difficult situations.
  • Engage in regular exercise and make sure it's something you enjoy so you'll maintain it. Do it with a friend for added enjoyment.
  • Review what's going well in your life and what you would like to do differently. Set up an action plan of how to achieve this.
