How to check if your body's balanced

A balanced diet and lifestyle is absolutely necessary for good health. Some even say balancing the yin and yang energy within your body and left and right parts of your brain is the key to greater wellbeing. Is your body in balance?
Try these two simple tests:
1. Lie down with your eyes closed, in a position you feel is "straight". Open your eyes and look at your feet. Are they directly in front of you, or slanted towards one side?
2. Stand upright with each foot on a separate weighing scale. Is your body weight evenly distributed between the two scales?
     A body imbalance often occurs because of poor posture, injury or even old age. And when your body is out of balance, you'll often feel tired, develop aches and pains and be prone to gaining weight easily.
