Skin - at every age
20s Early signs of photoaging with few or almost no wrinkles. 30s Early to moderate signs of photoaging. You may experience early sunspots, a few raised liver spots, smile lines around the mouth, crow's feet and mild eye bags. 40s Moderate photoaging will have occurred. Blotchy sun-spots, smile lines, sagging nasolabial folds and forehead lines. 50s Visible pigmentation and wrinkles, broken facial veins and formation of jowls.
The good news is at any age your skin can be treated to turn back time, regain elasticity and reduce signs of aging. If you're concerned about your skin always visit a dermatologist - qualified to diagnose and address any concerns. And take steps to rectify any internal and external factors which may be accelerating the aging process. Eat well, exercise regularly, stop smoking and enjoy sufficient rest each day.
