Chef Laurent introduces new sweet treats at his Portsdown Road locale. Head to Laurent Bernard's Café & Chocolate Bar to be tempted by a new selection of hot chocolate drinks, pralines and truffles, homemade ice cream, sherbet and French pastries. Try the Jasmine cake - layers of white chocolate mousse, orange marmalade, jasmine-infused chocolate and sponge biscuit - or the Whisky Truffle made with Nikka whisky, almond praline and dark chocolate with rum ganache.
