Capricci is the brainchild of Italian Massimo Aquaro - a mainstay of Singapore's social scene. Promising a dining experience you're unlikely to forget, the kitchen uses only natural ingredients: imported Italian buffalo mozzarella, Sicilian cherry tomatoes and sausages made in-house - from the curing right to the mixing. A new addition to Japanese izakaya (restaurant-bars) is trendy San-Sui Sumiyaki and Tsuki-Bar which pairs fine Japanese cuisine with traditional beverages.
