Hailed as the next up-and-coming artist to emerge from The Netherlands, Mariska Meijers showcases her XXX collection in a solo exhibition at Originals from October 1 to 11. Meijers unveils a fresh and colourful vision using canvas, stationery and cushions as mediums to illustrate interesting designs inspired by tropical birds, Chinese porcelain, baroque furniture and exotic blooms. Contemporary artworks focus on still life and interiors, presenting an eclectic mix of objects and patterns, while bold and sassy colour combinations ensure a distinctive style.
