Relieve stress in a breath
When life gets too hectic, give your body a chance to slow down and relieve stress by using simple breathing techniques. Place your hands under your armpits, drop your shoulders and inhale and exhale deeply 36 times. As you do this, visualise your breath coming up the back of your body and travelling down the front of your body.
If you are strapped for time, a quicker option is to hold the centre of your palm with your other hand and breathe in and out 36 times.
